Kitty Kitty...

Fitz, the wonder cat. He earns his keep by catching roaches and spiders, and if any dare to cross the threshold into our home, I'm expecting he will begin to catch mice as well. Work hard, sleep hard.

Trip to the Zoo...

We took the boys to the Greenville Zoo last weekend. This was right before we discovered they both had Fifths and broke out with crazy rashes. Johnny was truly amazed with the animals he had only seen in books before. Mikey was less excited and wanted to race from exhibit to exhibit. The only pictures I bothered  to take were of the guys eating lunch, and then a posed picture on a bear sculpture. It cracks me up to see the different shots I get when their father is yelling for them to LOOK AT THE CAMERA, and all they do is LOOK AT THEIR DADDY!

After School Special...

Goofy babies. I love my boys so much! Yesterday I just followed them around, asking them questions and snapping pictures.

A weekend in March...

Just some shots I took on one of the rare warm Saturdays we had in March. Everything was still pretty bare, but some buds were poking through. Just a few weeks later, the leaves are FINALLY coming out to play, and it already looks much different. I'm so happy that Spring is FINALLY here!

Laundry Slacker...

I love laundry, yet I am perpetually behind on it. Not sure why, but once I finally anchor myself to the laundry room, I find the sorting, folding, and smell of clean clothing to be very calming. What I think I need to do is DECORATE this room to make it more inviting. A little blue paint, a curtain to block the ugliness on the "laundry shelf" and some pretty framed artwork ought to do the trick. It is a small enough area that I should be able to tackle it in a day.

Easter Weekend...

Easter Weekend was cold and rainy. The boys were cooped up for quite a bit of it, but thankfully the clouds parted for a few hours (long enough for a quick egg hunt!)

Driving...

J's truck broke for the last time. We took it to Carmax and traded it in for a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. I've been driving it a few weeks now, and it might be the best car decision we have ever made. Not only is there plenty of room for the 4 of us, we have room to add 3 more :)

Dining Room

Papa & G-ma have been hard at work in my dining room. It started out as painting and staining for a birthday present, and continued on to include table decorations, curtains, and even some artwork. It is almost finished now!
